Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation. Loose-fitting, breathable clothes made of natural fiber, such as cotton or linen, are excellent choices as they don't restrict movement and allow the body to breathe.

A computer with stable internet connection, a cushion and/or blanket to sit on for added comfort, a glass of water and a notebook & pen.
